Quite simply, the vision of Soul Centered Kids™ is to promote thriving, peaceful local and global community solutions by educating the “whole child.”
Why? The future of the Earth and humankind is at a crossroads. During the commencement of the 21st century it has become apparent, on many levels, that change is essential for survival. Global and community issues continue to swell and multiply. An inconvenient truth is that global warming does exist (An Inconvenient Truth, 2006) and climate change is happening at this very moment. Poverty is widespread in the United States and across the globe. War is commonplace. The environment has been stripped and polluted. Natural resources are dwindling as our dependence on oil soars. Children continue to starve to death somewhere in the United States as well as in the rest of the world. Global issues like these are becoming more difficult to sweep under the rug because they are crisis situations that need immediate and lasting attention. This trend will not subside, but will only continue to grow. Today's children need the right kind of tools and enrichment to show them how to overcome these challenges so that they can carve a future filled with peace, compassion and love.
How? In order to ensure the survival of humankind, Soul Centered Kids™ believes that compassion, global interconnectedness, self-sufficiency and sustainability should be commonplace within the hearts and minds of children as they grow into adults that inherit a future in need of resuscitation. Soul Centered Kids™ approaches this vision by educating the whole child in ways that will prepare them for life through meaningful and holistic curriculum and instruction.
What? Children who enroll in Soul Centered Kids™ classes will learn about Reiki, Meditation, Yoga, Intuition, Interconnectedness, Sustainability and numerous other skills and techniques meant to:

Claude Monet once said, “The richness I achieve comes from nature, the source of my inspiration.” We believe that all children deserve to learn in beauty, therefore classes are held outside in various inspirational, natural settings within Los Angeles, Santa Monica and the San Fernando Valley.
